« The venue was idyllic, however, the general cleanliness and poor service from arrival, understanding expedia check in criteria, evening meal service through to checkout was disappointing. A highlight was the service provided during breakfast, which was a redeeming factor. We also acknowledge the evening manager's immediate response in rectifying our evening meal concerns. Overall, we were a party of 13 and expected a more genuine service. »

« My first time in Samoa. Saletoga has a lovely family feel so remember it isnt a big chain like Hilton or Sofitel. Positives 1. Staff are warm, friendly, respectful. 2. Wifi available in restaurant, reception, pool but not rooms. 3. Good buffet style breakfast with enough to keep you full and variety. Great fritters, donuts, mango, papaya. Had bacon once in 6 days. Juices. Or you can order from menu. 4. Water stations to refill water and keep in your fridge 5. Very clean. Id read about cocroaches...

« Magnifique hôtel haut de gamme situé à 30 minutes de l’aéroport. Service de navette efficace et pratique . Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Chambre très spacieuse. Près du village. Heureux de mon séjour. Recommandé! »

« Friendly staff and restaurants and cafe were great, food was good but quite pricey. No room service as phones didn’t work in room. Overall loved our stay and would definitely stay again. »

« Room was not clean, bed had sand inside ( as if someone had slept there before us) old beer bottles in cupboard. Mirror had, fallen down in bathroom. Breakfast was just toast and cereal with some pancakes and only available for a short time ( 7.30 to 9am). Its good for people who need space and just need somewhere to sleep with aircon. »

« Au calme, sur une plage privé. Environnement exceptionnel et service au top. »

« A stunning setting. Beautiful and very well kept grounds. We had an Ocean View Room, which was very spacious - more like a small apartment- with private deck overlooking the ocean. Just a few steps to the beach, the hotel pool and restaurant. Staff were very friendly indeed. Good choice of food available. We enjoyed the tropical breakfast which was included in the package. Premium coffees can be ordered and they were good too. Can highly recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday. »

« Tourism there is pretty new, they expect you to spend more money every day, and you can see that not doing so is a problem. Taxis are horible on this island hasseling, pushing and expenssive (150$), and they are getting angry pretty fast, better plan ahead and rent a car or pay directly the hotel, or get the local bus, fun but could be crowded. Sceneries are good, and it's quiet, overall a good place. »

« Problème de réservation avec Hotels.com. J'avais demandé à étendre les dates de séjour mais ça n'a fait que les décaler et ça m'a causé des dépenses supplémentaires. »

« Staff were amazing Room was very basic and needed black out curtains Very noisy at night with the bar music going, and staff arriving early in the mornings Pool needs cleaned more often as there were heaps of bugs in it »

« Excellent séjour ! Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service. Mention spéciale à la directrice! Par ailleurs très bon petit-déjeuner, copieux et varié. Encore merci. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. »
