« This is my favorite hotel in Ft smith. Very clean and feels like home. I love the patios to sit at, play games, swim, weight area, bicycles, snacks, fridge, microwave. Good breakfast. »

« I have been travelled and stayed in many hotels, but Resident Inn has been on of the best so far. The best breakfast with multiple items. The friendly staffs and clean property as any location. The price was excellent for a studio for 5 adults! Love it! »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »

« Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs »

« It was a neat little spot, had a little more wear and tear than the pictures. It is pet friendly host didn’t have a problem with my service dog. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I’m from ft smith and had just came down to pick my brother up so got somewhere to stay. Found out we just needed one night so left early. The only reason not a 5 star is because the host said it smelled like smoke in the place. But we didn’t smoke inside there is a sign on the fridge that says no smoking of any...
