« Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky....

« The room had an awful smell, the chair and carpet/floors were filthy. The AC in the room was not working. I went to the desk twice and both times a sign was up saying they were away. There were people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel safe staying. We left and did not stay the night. »
