« The managers of this property are good people who care about their customer's experience. I was met with friendliness and good tips on where to eat dinner. My room was clean and the view over the marsh was spectacular. I could kayak right next door and I even got to watch fireworks on the 4th of July from my balcony. A great trip! Highly recommended. « I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. Heidi is extremely hospitable, her breakfast is excellent, including authentic English tea. It was very quiet, air conditioning worked amazingly well considering this is an old home, c 1800’s. « The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home.
