« New and clean »

« place is run down and dirty . the staff is friendly but gave me the wrong room and then once they got it straight they gave someone else the same room we were in. We had just gotten back from dinner and some one had our room key to stay the night good thing we were both dressed »

« Wonderful view. Very large roof and bathroom. We were there only for two nights to rest. Thé bed is comfortable. »

« our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again »

« It was a quick stay but all things were clean, in order, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Recommend it! »

« We actually didn’t stay as the building was OK but the vehicles in the parking lot were very sketchy and some of the people in the parking made us very uncomfortable. »

« The room is clean and well-maintained. The shower has an opposite hot/cold dial adjustment. However, there is no welcome water available in the lobby or kitchen areas. When I requested hot water, the staff on duty was hesitant and slow to assist me, showing a lack of prompt service. »

« Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). Plenty of parking and the location to the...

« Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table. »
