« I stayed here while excessively jet lagged and booked the Mendip suite for extra comfort. The hotel was very comfortable and very well appointed. The staff were friendly and courteous, the bathroom spacious and clean, and the breakfast was superb (especially nice to see Black Pudding on the menu!). Would very much recommend for anyone looking to spend a night or two in the charming town of Taunton. For anyone looking for a decent pub nearby, the Ring of Bells was excellent. »

« The decor in reception was a little dated but the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.l and helpful. The rooms we had booked were nice and comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Breakfast had a good choice of hot food. »

« Bon accueil. La chambre au rdc est au calme et propre ainsi que la salle de douche. Le plafond est bas, mais on ne se sent pas opprimé. Nous avons dîné au pub, très beau décors. Nous y avons bien mangé (éviter la purée). English breakfast excellent et copieux, à essayer au moins une fois. Le personnel ne parle pas français, mais très disponible cependant. »

« Séjour de 2 jours avec 2 enfants de 3 et 8 ans. Chambre (suite) très agréable avec vue sur l'aire de jeux de l'hôtel et sur la campagne, +/- 25 m2, un grand lit et 2 lits simples. Hôtel disposant d'un bar et d'un restaurant . Dîners et petits déjeuners bons. Gros plus : aire de jeux à l'extérieur avec toboggan, tyrolienne, petit circuit goudronné avec des tracteurs pour enfants (1 £ le tour)... Quelques animaux à proximité et dans un petit terrain au bout des tracteurs à pédales. Les...
