„Wunderschön renoviertes historisches Hotel. Wir hatten die Präsidenten Suite und die war einfach grossartig. Leider hat das Hotel keine Pantoffeln. Es ist auch kein Save vorhanden. Abendessen im Restaurant war mittelmässig, das Frühstück jedoch sehr gut. Wir haben den geschichtsträchtigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.“

„We had to get a 2nd room because the 1st room smelled like an ashtray. The rooms were "surface clean" meaning no one has done anything other than run a quick broom and mop over the room. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom corners and it just had an overall dirty feel. Like the remote and telephone hadn't been whipped down in who knows how long. My daughter showered in flip flops and wouldn't walk barefoot on the floors.“

„Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. We slept in our clothes and coats on top of the bedspread bc we just felt things were not clean. The nightstand lamp did not work. Non of the usb outlets works in any lamp. The microwave oven ...

„People wanted to party all night and this is a small town, then the 2nd night someone decided to take off outside our room making noise in their car. The pool was out of order, the ice machine was out of order. They need to remodel this hotel as they don't sweep, mop or dust. The tub was scary but that's because they use one of those tub mats and it pulls up the enamel. No stopper in the tub or sink just open also scary.
