« They've made huge improvements in staff, cleanliness, painting, carpet, the food area. They fixed the broken air in the dining/lobby area. It looks like improvements are still taking place, but the staff they have right now is great! The staff are friendly and attentive ,several offered assistance if needed. The breakfast attendant did a great job. She kept the area well stocked, and super clean. We appreciate the changes and improvements. Keep up the good work Comfort Inn Blue Field. »

« My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. It's close to downtown Tazewell, but far enough out of town that you feel like you're out in the mountains far from civilization. It's a quaint, new-ish wooden cabin with everything we needed for a couple days away. There's no TV, but honestly we didn't miss it, and it was nice to not mindlessly flip on the screen during downtime. I'd go back again for sure when traveling that way. »

This location was perfect, conveniently a block or so off of the main street but the trees and landscaping made it feel remote and secluded. We thought we were the only ones there, but in the morning there were several other guests so that attests to how quite it was. The kitchen and living and dining areas were wonderful.
