« This was a fabulous weekend at a beautiful lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and kitchen had all needed items for cooking in. We enjoyed the large back deck with plenty of seating as well as the fire pit. Of course the real draw was the lake! It was clean, quiet (no motor craft) and easy to enjoy with the kayaks and boat at the house. Gregg was a super host who met us at check in to make sure we got in and answered questions about the house and area. He was also reachable and kind before...

« Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund. »

He went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. The hot tub is a luxurious perk and the home feels private even with other guests. The location is convenient for exploring the Catskills.
