« So, we booked this about an hour ahead of being there. When we showed up, the office was closed. There was a sign on the door addressed to another guest and a phone number on the closed sign. Called the number and the owner of the property answered and apologized that he did not see the reservation come in and was away from the property. He asked us to wait 30 minutes so he could return to check us in. It got mostly better from there. Check in was pleasant and the owner was very apologetic...

« The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email. This was sent to Expedia who then told me I'd be reimbursed only for the days I didn't stay there. 0 star Super 8 and 0 star Expedia »

« Very practical. Everything we needed was included. Clean. Rooms are large enough. Beds comfortable. Free breakfast has a variety of options. »

« The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott. »
