« Great little house. Clean beds and facilities, overall beautiful location. Easy access to Naples or Penn Yan for good food and coffee, and a good distance for a day trip to Watkins glen or Seneca lake. »

« Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back. »

« Convenient, clean and comfortable home secluded away but close enough to the action! My wife and I LOVED our stay here and would definitely come back! Our favorite part was quite mornings sipping coffee on the back balcony, overlooking the property while listening to the birds! First class stay. »

« Perfect spot for our large family reunion. Clean Lake with beautiful private beach and dock and top of the line accommodations and extras. Really made use of the kayaks and watersport amenities. Nightly campfires with the moon rising. Just perfect week weather- wise as well. »
