„The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. A lot of thought went into the design and it shows. We loved the open modern feel of the room and view of the Hudson was amazing. „We loved staying at the cabin! We spent three nights here after visiting NYC—the perfect place to unwind and relax. Everything was taken care of, the property was beautiful, and we loved walking around the lake. The cabin is located behind the main house, but it's very private. We would recommend booking this and would love to come back one day. “

"The room was so dirty that the hotel should have been closed. We photographed everything! There were bed bugs! Mold in the ventilation! Dirty smeared mattresses! The floor was sticky and there were dried drinks stains. There were splashes of dirt on all the walls, everywhere! The bathroom was a horror and super disgusting! Toilet dirty, paint chipped off the walls. Shower defective and did not work! Dirty sink! We had booked the room for 2 nights but left immediately after the first night. This was an imposition and the health department and travel department should close this hotel! Wyndham shame on you for not living up to your name. We are happy to make all photos available!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Albany. Es ist alles gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war zwar klein, aber dafür gut. Das beste am Zimmer war der Fernseher und die Programmauswahl. So wünscht man sich das. Die Dusche hatte leider keinen ausreichenden Druck. Für 1 -3 Nächte ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. "
