« First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure! »

« A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. »

« Very clean. Fully stocked when it comes to toilet paper, dishwaher pods, blankets and etc. Lots of space... maybe to add a pool table, Foosball and etc? Though, that would probably increase the nightly rate, so maybe not. Loved it. Highly recommend! »

« I had a wonderful weekend with my wife. The location is truly a highlight - secluded, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The cabin itself was clean, well equipped and overall comfortable. My only critique would be the WiFi which was spotty at times. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet retreat this is a great choice. »

« very nice stay and even nicer host. was very responsive and answered every question. property is very clean, and a stones throw from the lake. perfect place to decompress and enjoy nature. i highly recommend this chalet and host. Will definitely use them again. »

« Everything was exactly as advertised and presented . Very clean home , with everything you need . Quick ride to anything you need as well as the town of Lake George . The river is extremely pretty for views and walking by. There’s a cute park right down the road too . Would definitely go back , thank you ! »

« Overall, our stay was exactly what we wanted. One thing to note is that the service around the property is nonexistent so keep that in mind if that's important to you. Wifi is available at the property but it can be difficult when there are more than a few people trying to connect. The kids had so much fun in the pool and my family loved the privacy the property offers as well as the fire pit. The home has a very rustic, cabin-in-the-woods vibe to it. « This apartment was the perfect place to crash after a day of skiing. I enjoyed being in an area with lots of sidewalks. It made walking our dog very enjoyable. It is also within walking distance to many amenities and is located across the street from a beautiful river. Would definitely stay here again. »
