« Great property, great location for privacy, good country ambience, well trained and attentive staff. Location not ideal if you want to be on walking distance of Kitale downtown. Location is ideal for maximum quite and peaceful surroundings with good conference facilities. »

« This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. »

« The facilities were poor no wifi. We paid hotels .com yet cranes demanded that we pay since they did not receive the money we checked out after 3 days in distress »

« The shower didn't have hot water in the first room they gave me. They quickly moved me to the next room and the shower was always hot and the pressure was good! All the employees were always helpful. I enjoyed the cappuccino and the omelet for breakfast. »

« Very clean, rooms spacier then usual, Mary and Elizabeth do everything they can to make your stay memorable. Thank you for this. But the best is the quiet garden, in which yu can sit and really relax. »

« There was no running water on the property! We left after the first night, and they wouldn’t refund our money. On return, I had to can hotels.com to ask for refund, who said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the property. I did get a refund, but would not recommend or go back. »

« The property was amazing, amenities and all, but it took me more than an hour to try and work out the expedia reservation and nothing was done at the end of the day to secure accommodation via my expedia reservation. Management was unable to process expedia bookings, therefore I had to pay cash to secure the reservation. »
