« Brian, the night desk attendant, was FANTASTIC during my stay. I’m new to the area and stayed for a few nights while doing some training for a new job, and he recommended dinner spots that never failed to hit EXACTLY what I needed. If I needed anything, he was polite and helpful and also hilarious. The rooms have self-contained air conditioning and get down to 61 degrees, which is fantastic in the Arkansas summers. »

I understood that I may not have been eligible for a refund for that night, but I attempted to cancel my reservation through Expedia before the cancellation deadline. « We were visiting my daughter and her children. I was excited by the description of the property having a fenced in back yard as I planned to play with the kids (18 mo, 6 & 8). Unfortunately the back yard was full of broken glass. Other than that, I was very happy with the communication of the property manager. Also the accessibility to so many places in the area. »
