« The best part of the stay was the food and restaurant staff. Absolutely amazing, always smiling and willing to help in any possible manner they can. Special mention for Riya, Sumant, Munshi and shariful. Absolutely amazing restaurant staff.
However, cannot say the same about Hotel in general. Its not bad but not great either. For example, bathroom has mould in the corners, rusted and salt deposits on shower handles, unpleasant smell of the scent they use in lobby (which u get inside the room...

« I was very happy with my stay and think this is an excellent choice for people only needing one night if they are flying in/out of Kolkata due yo its proximity to the airport. My only criticism was the confusion regarding a late night pickup that I organised as this caused undue stress and a very long delay. The manager was very apologetic, but I recommend they improve the airport transfer system. »
