« Had an amazing experience. Right by the Des Moines river. Owners are terrific. Nice quiet area to go and stay to get away from the busy and loud everyday life. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. My kids loved every minute of our stay and want to go back. 10/10 for my family! »

« Pros: The room was clean and modern. Cons: The long term residents fought loudly and continually. Theiy had two dogs that barked incessantly. Other guest's decided the parking lot was a good place to party well into the night. Breakfast selections sorely lacking. It seems to be more of a long-term hotel than a regular hotel. »

« It’s a very rural and quiet hotel. We seldom saw others as many rooms have separate entrances. We stayed in a suite that was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The only downside was lack of dish detergent for washing dishes. We were told we could get some at a Walmart 20 minutes away. »

« This place was huge! All the bedrooms were large. The kitchen had all that we needed. It is a little quirky, but that just made it more fun. The view of the park brought back memories of being in high school and cruising the square!! Loved it! »
