« Spacious and clean, large patio deck with some views. Recommend getting a golf cart, gives you more freedom. There is a free safari truck that picks you up from ferry dock and will take you to the beach and bar/grill. Lots of rentals at beach for fun in the water. »

« Beautiful home and beautiful location. That being said remember you are on a small island. We had a lot of issues with power going out and generator not working due to gas tanks being too small for unit. We had a lot of little hiccups mostly due to not being able to contact owner. Mostly seems to a communication issue between Lisa and her employees. All and all can’t go wrong with location, beautiful beaches and the locals are great. We will definitely be back to water island again soon!!! »

« Great spot on Water Island! Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The outdoor porch was nice for sipping our morning coffee and Flamingo bay was a short walk away to enjoy the evening sunset. Honeymoon beach was just a quick golf cart ride away. « Flamingo Point is everything you want in a vacation rental, except no air conditioning, they have fabulous ceiling fans and extra fans for each room. The house is sitting in a spectacular location with views for miles. The 4 bedrooms with king beds were all comfortable. They have everything you need waiting for you, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach towels etc. The house is well stocked with most anything you could need. « Our stay at the resort was wonderful. It was immaculate from the moment you drive in until you get to your room. The room was very clean and smelled clean. The bedding was very comfortable. We requested a hot plate to cook out own meals, therefore the kitchenette had everything we needed for dishes.
