« Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. "The proximity of the hotel to Terminal 4 and the reasonable price is the main reasons we chose the Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful checking us in as we had problems connecting to the local network and we were really impressed with the full breakfast option. I highly recommend if you are in transit at Heathrow Terminal 4."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"Bon hôtel pour une nuit à l'aéroport. Digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais reste classique et est vraiment très très cher (47 euros). Le personnel de la réception pour le check in et out fait le minimum....Pas désagréable, mais trop juste pour un 4 étoiles...Dommage."

"Excellent stay!! The property was great with beds that slept well, the room was very nice. There was an option to purchase breakfast which was fantastic!! Lot's of options. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."
