„Terrible“

„Das Zimmer war sehr alt und sehr abgenutzt, besonders das Bad.“

„The hotel staff was not helpful. They couldn't do a simple room change. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that he'd be right out. After waiting 15 minutes, one person came and went, who turned out to be a manager. I spoke to the person, who said he was the manager but not on duty. I asked if the attendant could have told me that the manager wasn't on duty.“

„Bien de acuerdo a la tarifa“

„Was staying just for a few hours. Hotel is very clean, nothing to complaim abput. Special thanks to Leslie, who arranged shuttle from airport LRD to the hotel after midnight. She also arranged taxi for next morning. Great job done by her, will stay there again for sure if I havoe to go to Laredo again, can recommend this hotel.“

„Ehemaliges Best Western Hotel! Kein Flughafen-Shuttle verfügbar! Keine Bar! Kein Wifi auf dem Zimmer! Dürftiges Frühstück Aber insgesamt sauber und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort“

„Schlecht gewartet, alt, heruntergekommen, dreckige zimmer, unfreundliches uninteressiertes Personal.“

„Hot tub was not in operation. :( go early to get bacon.“
