« Très bien pour une étape dans la région. Accueil sympathique, hôtel bien entretenu. Grande chambre familiale avec un lit double et un canapé lit confortable. Un coin cuisine et une belle terrasse. Salle de bain assez grande avec de bons produits de toilette. Très bon petit déjeuner varié, la 2ème salle de restaurant moins bruyante et plus grande a été apprécié. Nous avons diner au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats sont bons et les prix corrects. Grand parking devant l'hôtel. »

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. « Our stay was not great!!! Our AC was not working in our room and the weather was extremely hot.. so was very uncomfortable to rest or sleep. They later brought fans to assist but it remained warm. Also we didnt have any change of our towels or the garbage taken out of our room after our first night. They stated after the fact, that they dont dont do full service until the 4th day of stay which was not stated at check in. At least you can get change of towels and garbage disposal. I don't...

« Be careful you don't make a mistake booking, because if you book the wrong date then try to change the booking you've no chance !!!! MY MISTAKE I made the booking error and tried to change the booking date, they wouldn't change the date (even though a month between the two dates) flatly refused, no sympathy, help or even offer a refund. At the end of the day I would have still being staying there spending money etc......Avoid. »

« Convenient location in the Cotswolds and able to take a group of five friends in two rooms. Character-filled old and quirky inn. It was a heat wave while we were there but the rooms were quite comfortable with cross breezes and electric fans. The restaurant was hot though, so we opted for the pub in Barrington beside the river instead. Everything was clean and the staff were lovely. It’s a bit noisy beside the road, but not too bad. We were able to trickle charge our car overnight as well. »

« Très bien pour une étape dans la région. Nous avions une grande chambre familiale avec un lit double et 2 lits simples sous les toits. Chambre propre, salle de bain correct. Thé/café et petits gâteaux offerts. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats sont typiques et bons. Petit déjeuner complet à la carte et en self service. Personnel très aimable. Petit parking, il n'y avait plus de places quand nous sommes arrivés et c'est difficile de se garer dans la ville. »

In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months.
