„I arrived at 1:30am, I was happy that there was somebody that was working to give me a key. They were friendly. I would definately stay there again. The bed are very squeaky and noisy, I usually stay at Hiltons or Marriotts, this is NOT that, but it is clean, charming, rustic-ish, squeaky floors, but there again...sort of cool. I felt safe, you will be driving on dirt roads to get there though, be ready for that. I give a very positive rating. I slept like a baby that night there.“

„We found the property to be beautiful and the rooms well appointed. We were in a renovated room nearer the pool. So quiet. Beds had nice linens and were comfortable. Staff was helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice view of the golf course and distant hills. Wait staff said they always vary the breakfast menu and I find that to be a delightful concept in hotel breakfast offerings.“

„I felt very comfortable during my stay. The host was extremely friendly and the room was clean and cozy. Overall, the place was well equipped, and the surrounding area is beautiful – perfect for relaxing. Just a small note: I missed having a charging outlet right next to the bed to easily charge my phone overnight. Other than that, everything was great – I’d definitely stay here again!“

„Had an outstanding time. The cabin was excellent. The heating/cooling unit worked great for keeping the whole place comfortable. Everything was clean, and well maintained. Lots of open area to park, and a beautiful natural pavilion at the entrance. Suggest you bring lawn chairs, a blackstone griddle, and corn hole and enjoy the scene. 20 minutes or less from the boat launch in Manistee. We’ll be back. Everything was as expected or better. No complaints! “

„Whomever thought of converting a school into an event center with guest suites is a genius. This is a great place to stay - old classrooms provide for huge guest suites, amenities are well-stocked, staff stays behind the scenes but is always reachable, arcade room is an added bonus. The courtyard is nicely maintained and a good spot for morning coffee. Within a half hour of both Manistee and Cadillac. I would certainly stay here again in the future.“
