« Rooms need severe updating, carpeting in halls very stained, carpeting frayed in rooms and stained. Sheets did not fit mattress. Outside areas had cigarette butts all over Breakfast very nice with pleasant staff. Bartender on 2 nights extremely frustrated, rude, throwing things. Children allowed to race around floors, yelling, had to call front desk 2x up to 11 PM. Would never use again as very expensive for a sub-standard facility. »

« We had to switch rooms because the air conditioner stopped working. The next room did not have a microwave. The clerk brought one and had to sit it on our table. There was a huge amount of white powdery substance on the bathtub and door handle. The bed was hard as a rock. »

« We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...
