« Stayed there 7 years ago and again just now and I can say that service standard has gone down hill this time around under current management. Was told busy to book a river cruise and told to come back later! Two staff in the office I was the only customer. The poolside villa we stayed was clean, but the ensuite design was very cramped. « Absolute pleasure staying at the Croc View. Very clean and everything you need for your stay was provided. Excellent communication with the owner who could not have been more helpfull after we had a tyre blowout some 30kms from the town, even offerd us the use of their spare vehicle.Would have no hessitation in staying there again.The wife suggests that a hair dryer would be an great add on for the unit.Once again thanks for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.Greg & Carrie »
