« The place is beautiful and tucked into the woods. I recommend taking a screenshot of the instructions while you have cell service since it cuts in and out when you're that deep in the hills. You have wifi in the room which is great. Loved the property! There's a community kitchen in the lodge for all your cooking needs. »

« We had an amazing weekend in this house! It was by far the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The house is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — it has absolutely everything you might need. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, the beds are super comfortable, and the outdoor jacuzzi with mountain views was just perfect. The location is stunning, easy to find, and very peaceful. The host was wonderful - quick to respond and very friendly. We truly enjoyed every minute...

« Fabulous stay!!! Everything was perfect! We were there over Easter weekend and booked it for a family getaway as well as for my son’s proposal to his girlfriend at Wiseman’s View. Accommodations were great, beds were comfortable, views and proximity to the river was amazing, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and I just can’t say enough great things about this place!! Also, the owner was very responsive and answered any and all questions. We are making plans already to return! »

« Captain's Cabin is charming, welcoming and generously appointed for maximum comfort. Juliana thought of everything! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay--especially while drinking coffee in the mornings, on the screened back porch. The cabin is located in a rural area, so there are roosters crowing and dogs barking. But, I would go again tomorrow if I could! A couple of good restaurants downtown topped off the pleasant weekend. Can't wait for next time. »

"Hotel trĂšs bruyant car donne sur la rue et la porte et la fenĂȘtre ne sont pas insonorisĂ©s. SystĂšme de chauffage/climatisation d’ancienne gĂ©nĂ©ration donc trĂšs bruyant. Petit dĂ©jeuner immonde. Pas de pain, toast, bagel, confiture
 rien! Des Ɠufs brouillĂ©s en poudre immangeables et des waffles. Gratuit, ou plutĂŽt inclus dans le prix mais valeur Ă©gale Ă  zĂ©ro. Ah, j’oubliais, la prĂ©posĂ©e au petit dĂ©jeuner ne parle pas anglais et ne comprend rien Ă  rien."
