« Great host and beautiful clean cabin »

« Staff were great. Could maybe had more heat in the cabin due to -20 degree weather. The only heat source we could see was the gas fireplace. It got very cold in the cabin at night as we did not want to keep the fireplace on high during the night. It would also be something for you to consider to put outside plug-ins for vehicles. We had to run an extension cord through the front door and plug into one of the outlets inside the cabin »

« A little tricky accessing the website that had all of the details/check-in, check-out information, especially when wi-fi was sketchy. Once we found it, it was great, just as pictured. Site said some queen beds but all were kings. Looks like they are in process of continuing some updates so will be even better once they finish. No extra garbage bags, owner said someone would drop them off, then said no worries they would take care of garbage. Remote location, great yard! Need a car to get any...

« The house was lovely. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, which was disappointing. The water pressure is low, making showers a bit of a challenge. The master bedroom did not have great window coverings. The items available in the kitchen was limited. The rest of the house was roomy and comfortable. The view of the mountains and location to Jasper was incredible. »
