« The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind. »

« A little isolated from the centre of Palu but by the water. I spent one night in the Villa section and two nights in the hotel section. There was a problem with the cooling unit which was mostly fixed in a short time. The staff were friendly and competent. Food was good and it was much as I remembered it from a previous stay. The beds were comfortable. I had stayed before and I would stay there again. »

« We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump...
