« No phone number provided, Location not exist. No response from the owner through Verbo, Did not stay there and no refund issued, lost 3 nights for no reason »

« The welcoming desk could not find my reservation it took a lot of time for them to get it. They kept my passport without telling me. They had a disco club at the 11th floor, I had a deluxe suit I needed something quiet. I couldn't sleep from midnight to 5am. The welcoming desks agents were barely polite and concerned, the grooms were very nice and aware. »
