This 3 bedroom house is newly remodeled, has a 42,000 liter saltwater pool, spacious backyard, rooftop patio with 360 degree views of mountains and oceans, and is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to town. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with the 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor with it's own private living space and kitchen. We live on site in a separate apartment and are available at any time to help make your stay amazing.



The property has a large backyard, with a pool, outdoor shower, bathroom, barbeque, and gym area. The pool has awesome views of the city, but still offers privacy while being located so close to town. The rooftop has a covered living area, bathroom, and has 360 degree views making it the perfect place for a sunset drink.
