« Our family stayed for 3 nights in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The location in the old city was great. There were quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, and it was located a short distance from the busy main area, so felt quieter and more peaceful than the main old town streets. « Such a nice place to stay. The guest house is really beautiful. A very nice entryway with a yard full of nice plants and flowers. The hosts and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, offering plenty of suggestions about the old town and surrounding villages. They helped us as well finding and organizing the ressources for travelling around to traditional villages and the Snow mountain park. A huge thank you to Roxana and Leo for the wonderful experience. »

« Access to the hotel needs to be clarified at the lower entrance. And the hotel name - Cloudhaven Retreat (花开花落半山居) needs to be updated. The hotel is using another name right now. »

« I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with excellent amenities, including a nice bathtub and a Japanese bidet toilet. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every day. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Qing at the reception. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan day trips to the best spots in Lijiang. Her local tips made our visit much more enjoyable. The highlight was the breathtaking mountain view from the room — a perfect start to each...

They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. It was marvelous that we could see Yulong Snow Mountain directly from our room window. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. My parents really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely...
