« Location, location, location! One of the closest spots to the beach. Beautiful view! We saw whales from the terrace. The water is an amazing color! Communication from the host was top-notch. Very responsive. When we needed something, it was immediately provided. This place is more like “glamping”. No doors. No private space. There is a safe for passports but other than that, there is no security to the floor in which this is located. I would not stay here as a single female. Some screens needed...

« If you want a quiet place with nice views this is it,a car or taxis a must,15 min hike down to Playa la Mina,unit is in need of some maintenance,worn out fry pans etc.no hot water for kitchen sink,bathroom sink no hot water,toilet flush sticky etc. Basically a small studio type room »

« We had never been to this part of Mexico. The pictures posted of the views don’t do it justice. The only sounds you will hear are the sounds of the ocean and birds. There are no city lights to interfere with the views of the sky at night. Communication with the property manager was promptly answered. One suggestion is an SUV is suggested. We look forward to returning to this lovely property next year. »

« Petite casita parfaitement située près de Mazunte, au bout d'une ruelle. À distance de marche de l'action tout en étant calme. Cuisinette simple mais bien équipée. Air climatisé dans la chambre: super apprécié.Si vous aimez les animaux, vous aurez l'occasion de faire connaissance. J'y reviendrais demain matin! »

« The facility was very nice and clean, comfy beds, great livein manager, good air conditioning in bedrooms, spacious bathroom even tho no hot water. That really didn't matter as the bathrooms were open air and it was quite warm.What wasn't good was the constant noise from 6AM-2AM. The facility is located right on a two lane street and the constant noise from motos, trucks and cars was unrelentless. Not so bad once you closed the door to the bedrooms but you could still hear the street.We had the...
