« helpful staffs, clean and great views. unfortunately there is no laundry facilities for long stay »

« Staff very helpful. Hot springs excellent Recommend for everyone »

« Staff very friendly. Thank you. Room with sea or river view is very nice. »

« Large generous rooms with excellent views. Loved the small public onsen bath, which were free to use for guests. Location was a bit out of the way and perhaps would be difficult to access without a car, but we had relatives living nearby to drive us. But this would be a plus if seclusion is what you seek. The breakfast buffet was delicious too, though it did get very crowded if you don't go early. »

« Staff were very nice. We only spoke English and they were able to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and again the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and room was cleaned every day. They gave us fresh water bottles every day. I would stay there again. »

« the location is good, its near train station, although the room was stinky and dirty. »

« Enjoyed our stay a lot »

« The night was not added to the Reward program »

« Salle de sport très bien équipée. Personnel accueillant. »
