However: We booked a "Luxury"-room... - the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed - the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay - there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. „Super friendly and relaxing stay at this beautiful finca/ hotel. Rooms are simply decorated and furnished but very comfortable, large bathroom, Tv with streaming options and great wi-Fi. Coffe, water , snacks provided with a small charge. Lovely views and grounds and at the heart of the place is a large pool and hot tub with food and drinks available.
