« Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated. »

« Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. « The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. « We were a little disappointed with the quality of the room, especially for $200. I checked in with a kiosk that couldn't find our reservation. Although the room was fairly clean, it just seemed run down, dark, and dingy. I've stayed in Baymonts before, and this just didn't measure up. »

« We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. « Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross. »
