« The efficiency apartment was as described and was close to Mayo Clinic appointments so super convenient. The kitchen space was small but had most of what we needed. The description listed a coffee grinder, so we brought beans. No grinder BUT the host supplied one right away when we texted him. Not a big deal but appreciated his timely responses! I would stay again. »

« No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped. »
