„Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.“

„The unit inside is a beautiful space but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cob webbs in the corners and lighting fixtures. The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. The biggest disappointment was the balcony, we were not able to actually sit out and enjoy because it was so dirty and the furniture was very dirty and full of dead bugs on the seating.The unit is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were very ...

„Our key code did not work so the building manager let us into the apartment! He was very helpful and polite! The kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking. Overall the inside of the apartment was very clean! The balcony and BBQ were filthy! We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the beds were very comfortable!“
