Fantastisches Haus an idealer Lage
Um Geburtstag zu feiern, verbrachten wir eine Nacht in diesem hervorragenden Hotel. Beste Lage am See, sehr guter Zustand, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gut durchdachtes Zimmer und Bad. Schönes Gym unterm Dach mit Sicht über den Zürichsee. Ausgezeichnetes Essen im Baur und beim Frühstück. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 😃

5 stars the concierge was incredible the valet butlers also top class Got us in best restaurant same night Friendly clean etc only issue was the pavilion friend and I were both staying in hotel asked for a table they said only bar available 7 tables were empty the entire time we ate the caviar on the bar wasn’t great experience That’s what made hotel great not excellent

The Baur au Lac exemplified luxury and comfort, and I can't wait to return when I'm next in Zurich. I didn't have the opportunity to try their more formal restaurant - Pavillon - but the more casual Baur's was brilliant, with stellar renditions of Swiss and Austro-German classics.
