The hotel is one of the most noisy i have visited in my life. The service at the reception it is really limited. The day we have arrived, i had to inform the reception that the window was damaged and we could not closed. It was fixed when we came back from our diner. The room was very cold! the cleaners at the morning are making so much noise that it is impossible to sleep after 7 - 8.
But the most ridiculous, is that the second day, when we have arrived late in the night, i have noticed that the door of our room was open... probably the cleaner has left the door open, as we have check our belongings and nothing was missing. I have reported that to the reception immediately and the answer was, we are sorry for that... with no any other action. When i asked, what they will do for that, i had no answer and the receptionist told me, that he will report that to the supervisor and they will contact us. Next morning when i when for check out, the told me that they had no idea and there is nothing they can do!!!
I have given the case to my lawyer and they will have news very soon, as my wife was very anxious and she could not sleep all the night...
Probably it is the worst service i ever had in a hotel.
I will report this matters to all sides have to do with hotel reservation, so no one else, could have the same problems.
I am waiting your answer and reaction as well, concerning this matter.
