Es ist, wie es heißt "Sleep and Go". Kein TV, kein Wasserkocher, nicht mal ein Glas,... Alles sonst top und sauber.

The toilet seat in my room was broken..not just a small crack, but literally broken that could be seperated apart. I reported it to the hotel staff via messaging (cause there is NO staff in the hotel, not even a reception counter), but the reply Ive got from them is “so what do you expect from us now?”. Although I didnt expect so much from a room as a budget travel, this is the worst service Ive never expected and would never accept. 房間的廁板是損壞的，不只是有裂痕，而真的是損壞得可以分開兩邊的。由於酒店並 沒！有！ 接待處/任何駐場職員，我們只好透過expedia的短訊功能通知酒店，而我們收到的回覆竟然是 “so what do you expect from us now? (那你現在還想我們怎樣？)” 雖然都知道這是家較便宜的住宿，所以我們亦沒有期待很多，但這種惡劣的服務態度真的不能接受。

Room was clean. The bed was a rock. No disposable cup no tissue. Walk up. I would not recommend this Inn. This is not a hotel. Staff don’t speak English.

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. It is located in one of the seediest sections of Zurich or the red light district and over the weekend there is loud music that resonates throughout the rooms in the building, at least in the room that I occupied. Crowded and dirty streets near the hotel with broken bottles an garbage strewn all over the streets, particularly during the weekend. This hotel was an unfortunate choice and I would give it a ZERO.

Rename it: ‘You Won’t Sleep & Don't Go!'
My wife and I, who have lived in Switzerland had a late arrival at the airport before an early departure from Zurich main train station so wanted somewhere close the station. The pictures of the rooms are totally misleading. They look clean and modern, and they are very, very, very far from that. They are dirty, the laminate floor was cracked, the plug sockets loose, it is a classic case of don’t believe the pictures. The bathroom was tiny, and when I say tiny I mean you actually sit with your head in the sink whilst on the toilet, and we are 55kg and 65kg respectively, so not exactly huge. Anyone any bigger will not get in the place. We were at the back of the hotel - the quieter side - but it is still ridiculously noisy. There is a nightclub in the building and the music finished at 7am. Throughout the night the music reverberates around the room. There is also no elevator which if you have any bags is a nightmare. Hotels.com need to think seriously about including hotels like this on its site, or at least create some sort of filtering or segmenting so ‘hotels’ that are basically ‘youth hostels’ for the drunk should be held somewhere else. Perhaps even a Hotels.com sub-site. I am truly disappointed after not sleeping more than 2 hours and want to warn people not to go here. In Summary: Dirty Incredibly noisy All fittings in a poor condition Do not stay here unless you hate sleep

Noisy and unpleasant!
The hotel itself is a standard room, good condition. However, for how warm it gets in the evening a fan should be in the room considering there is no air con. Further to that, the location of the hotel is in a very dodgy location, and very noisy. Didn’t sleep at all and ended up leaving the hotel early and moving to another hotel just to be able to get a decent nights sleep.

Bare minimum. Noisy streets.
For tourists who are first time visiting Zurich you will not be pleased to arrived at a hotel surrounded by sleazy bars and pubs. It does has an interesting neighbourhood which you did not expect to experience in Zurich. We stayed here during Summer so we had to open the window. We heard a range of noises including of constant loud music, people arguing, glass breaking, sirens of emergency vehicles, trash trucks , buses - all night and morning. Do note this hotel is self check in, meaning tourists you have nobody to get you travel advice except being greeted by drunken on the streets. Wifi password were not shown anywhere in the room until you texted them online ( meaning you need data roaming in the first place). On the bright side, the room is clean and comfortable ( except the pillow is too thin and the unbearable noise from the street). There's No hair dryer/ kettle/ glasses. They do provide clean towels and shampoos.

Budget hotel in a very restless area
Budget hotel in a very restless area. Tiny rooms: no place to open the bags. Deluxe rooms are all on the street side that would make it impossible to sleep due to noise throughout the night: drunk screams and quarreling- even On week days! We chose a smaller room on the backyard side of the building in hopes of peace and quiet. If windows could be closed for the night it might have been better but we were there during heatwave. With no AC OR EVEN FANS we had to keep the window, door and even window in the stairwell open for the night to get some air. Decent mattress and pillows but feather comforters were ridiculous for the weather. It is on the edge of old town- walking distance everywhere. Moderate price for Zurich.

Hotel was very close to Zürich HB so it was easy to walk there. Area was a bit noisy on a Wednesday night. I would probably book a room here again. Personnel was very helpful when I was having problems checking in.

무인 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 깔끔한편이고 침대도 나쁘지 않습니다. 냉장고는 없고 에어컨이 없어서 더울수는 있습니다만 창문을 열면 시원하긴합니다. 위치가 홍등가에 있어 남자던 여자던 혼자다니면 호객당할 수 있습니다.

Bare naked hotel in the middle of a noisy street.
This is what you might call a stark naked hotel. No staff, very small rooms, failing shower curtain, loose toilet seat. And it's in the middle of a street where the music goes on until very very late. And for what you get it's pricey. One positive thing is the bed: it's pretty good. But that experience is ruined by the worst pillow I've ever slept on. Overly large and so fluffy you have the feeling of drowning in it.

Avant toute chose, il faut bien être conscient du fait que si vous disposez d’un budget de 100 euros environ pour une nuit d’hôtel à Zürich, vous n’obtiendrez rien de mieux qu’un camping amélioré. Si on part de ce principe, alors cet hôtel n’est pas trop mal. Côtés positifs: - C’est tout neuf et la chambre est jolie - Le wifi marche bien - Pas de reception, mais l’automate est pratique à utiliser - Le lit était super confortable - Quelqu’un répond au numéro de téléphone de contact et la personne est sympathique. - Emplacement central Côtés négatifs: - Pas de réception - Salle de bains commune - Aménagement spartiate (pas de télé) - Insonorisation inexistante (avec des voisins intelligents cela ne pose pas de problème, mais bon, ce n’était pas mon cas) - JE ME SUIS GELÉ! Il y a t-il réellement du chauffage dans cet hôtel????
