« Mycket fin hotell, vänlig personal social Mr Duc som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning. Vi fick vårt rum kl7 på morgonen trots att incheckning tiden är 14:00. Rummen är stora rena och mycket bekväma sängar och även balkongen som är inte så vanligt i Vietnam »

« Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all! »

« Phòng ốc đẹp, sạch sẽ chuẩn 5 sao, view biển đẹp rất thích, phòng 2 ngủ rộng thoáng, có bếp nấu mỳ cơ bản và hâm đồ ăn cho em bé, tủ lạnh đầy đủ tiện nghi, quản gia thân thiện, chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, đặt mùa này giá tốt, được miễn phí khu vui chơi trẻ em tấng 3, ở khách sạn có bể bơi trong nhà và vô cực ngoài trời nhưng không năm trong tiện ích phòng, ai sử dụng sẽ mua vé ở lễ tân tòa B tầng 1 ạ. Sẽ quay lại nha! cảm ơn KS! »

En revanche, la procédure d’arrivée serait peut être à revoir car c’est un particulier qui vient vous chercher en bas de l’immeuble : nous avons dû demander à quelqu’un de contacter la personne car nous n’avions pas de carte SIM. »

« Le calme la chambre spacieuse Je n'ai pas apprécié le manque d'information concernant un touriste en demande ,le peu de communication verbale ,le personnel de service peu aimable(au dîner ,la personne de service était agacée pour deux personnes à servir ) pas de sens commercial:impossible d'incorporer le prix du taxi retour vers l'aéroport dans la note ,oubli de nous redonner nos passeports au moment du départs , provoquant un surcoût du taxi et une perte de 30 mn. »
