« We booked this hotel for about $50 less than other hotels with similar review scores in the area. It’s a renovated super8 style hotel- very basic but our room was clean (even the corners of the bathroom), beds were comfortable and owner/operator at the front desk was friendly. The hotel hallways had a damp but not mildewy-smell, but the room was fine. Breakfast area had cereal and waffle machine. Would stay again for an overnight stop on a road trip. »

« They r updating the rooms! The room was very nice great place to rest your bones after being on the road. Plus they our pet friendly. We will stay again! »

« Very unique hotel and was a good stay. Contactless check in was easy, just received a code for the main door and room. Hallways and rooms have tons of original character with exposed beams, floors, ceiling. Right next door to Outstate Brewing was a bonus! »

« Very beautiful setting with gorgeous sunsets- the house is very spacious. We enjoyed using the kitchen and gas grill, plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the meals. The campfire was so fun, great views and also great views looking at the campfire from the deck. Lots of memories made!!! »

« We had an incredible stay! The RV had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The fishing was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better. The owners were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We can’t wait to come back! »

« The Cowdry Cottage was perfect for our stay. Loved sitting in the porch and looking at the lake. Perfect napping spot. I took the canoe out fishing. So fun. Caught a lot of sunfish. The Hut would have been perfect if we would have friends stay. It is so fresh and quaint, quiet spot. Overall would recommend to future guests. Had everything that we needed. »

« It was a great property. Unfortunately there were no life jackets to use the paddle boat or a patio umbrella to sit outside when it was sunny. »

« Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. There's also a cool game room, grills, fish cleaning station. We will definitely be coming back! It's our new favorite place to go! Staff were very helpful and kind too!! »

« Cute little cabin. Perfect for a small group. Very clean. Good location. The only drawback was the ladder going up to the loft. It could use more rungs to make it easier to climb. If in the area, I would definitely stay there again. »
