« La Struttura si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione, e poco meno dal lungomare, di fronte a una pineta. C'è possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada a pagamento. La nostra camera era abbastanza piccola, come il bagno, ideale per pochissimi giorni perché nei nostri 4 giorni è cominciata a stare troppo stretta, con vista interna. Il bagno anch'esso piccolino. In compenso la struttura è davvero pulita, e in una zona tranquilla di Viareggio, pochi passi dal centro. La colazione è molto varia, da una...

« The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. »

« Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice. »

« Unbelievably nice, attentive, friendly and helpful hosts. The room was clean, functionally furnished - adequate for a 3-day stay. I felt well here, got very good tips for excursions and information about the surroundings and special events in the city. Only drawback: no lift and narrow staircase. If you get a room on one of the upper floors, it is a bit difficult to carry large luggage upstairs. Otherwise everything is fine. »

Non abbiamo soggiornato perché appena arrivati ci siamo sentiti dire che il prezzo da noi pagato, pari ad euro 58,20, era errato, che era impossibile quel prezzo e che era stato sbagliato da sito. La tariffa loro era di 150,00euro a notte! Roba da matti... Per lui non era un problema sua e dovevamo rifarcela la con il sito! Scortese una spiegazione assurda...non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere.. Mi dispiace ma i 100 euro non gliel'ho dati.. »
