« This house was beautiful and extremely spacious for our large group (3 couples with 7 kids 12-17). The downstairs was a perfect place for all the kids. They had their own kitchenette, bathroom, couch, table with chairs, and access to the pool and front of the house. « We booked Melissa’s listing last minute when the weather turned bad for us to cross back to Florida after staying in Elbow Cay for a few days. We are exceedingly beyond happy with this property! There was an included boat slip that easily accommodated our 34ft boat. It was incredibly safe feeling. The bestest part was that there was a commercial ice machine on property! « Overall a great place with a very responsive host. My expectations for the Bahamas are a little lower than the States but I was pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. We were outdoors quite a bit during the day but this place more than met the need and was nice to come back to. »

« The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay! »

« Flamingo Villa was awesome. Being able to keep your boat right next to the house makes it really convenient for kids/family/fishing. Beautiful views in every room and a great spot to watch the sunset. Walk to golf carts is very quick and cute. Super close to the lower public dock for ferry.Caretakers were really helpful and nice. Elbow Cay Properties were really easy to work with and very informational. Cannot wait to go back! »
