« This place is huge! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not get in each other's way. The pantry was also well stocked with things you might have forgotten to bring, which was a plus. The area is in a quiet neighborhood except, of source, for the coqui frogs that plague Hawaii. Even those can be charming with the right mood. We enjoyed a really relaxing stay here and appreciated the convenience to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Sadly, our departure was on a day when the nearby Cafe...

« Ce n'est& breakfast est parfait pour aller voir le volcan. Le petit déj est extraordinaire. Chambres confortables,un peu humide mais propre. Je recommande. »

« Lehua looked great in the add and was far better in person. We loved our stay-and seriously considered asking if we could stay longer. “LLC” had everything we needed and more-we were able to cook all our meals in a delightfully comfortable setting. Coqui frogs, though invasive, were a lovely treat to fall asleep to at night. We were unbelievably close to Volcanoes NP, for the fountaining lava and close enough to summit Mauna Kea! « What a delightful find! This accommodation was the perfect retreat in this busy tourist destination. Our host was prompt and clear in communication prior to and throughout our stay. The hot tub was fantastic - clean and inviting, the perfect way to finish the day walking through the national park. We loved the aesthetic of the place and the thoughtfulness of details, such as the coffee maker (with Kona coffee) and the easy to use gas heater for the cold Volcano mornings. « The resort community was great. It is sad to see abandoned golf resort buildings around the area. But the resort itself felt very safe. Despite no air conditioning, the combination of ocean breeze and ceiling fans were still great. »

« Our stay at the Fern Studio was excellent. The hosts, Elaine and Carter, were so incredibly kind and very communicative. Providing instructions early prior to our arrival and gave us lots of tips while we were there. Especially for the National Park next door. »

« Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up. »

« Having never stayed in a Yurt of grid i was Amazed at how nice it was. I followed the rule of laundry during the day and had no issues. I titled this country because of the chickens and dogs, if you want a quite nights rest this isn't for you. If you are used to dogs barking and roasters crowingfrom 3am on then you'll be fine. I actually Loved it there!!PS, pool had funky ladder to get in and didn't seem worth the risk But that's what the beach is for.!!Again i Loved it and would Highly...

« This is a lovely cottage! Perfect for a couple or 2 friends. The views out of the windows are of ohia lehua, hapuʻu and blooming kahili ginger. It is a close drive to Volcano village restaurants and has a full kitchen if youʻd rather cook. »
