« J'avais une réservation pour le 21 juillet de 13h00 à 14h30, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi ils avaient un problème avec ma carte (faux, et j'ai réservé 10 jours à l'avance), ils ont annulé ma réservation à la dernière minute, ils ne me donnent pas de solution et la réception raccroche mon appel alors que je les appelle pour trouver une solution. C'est un abus, c'est irresponsable, c'est une arnaque. »

« Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water. The accommodations are very simple but comfortable. Shared bathroom that was kept very clean. A great place to get away from it all. The ride through the mountain was very potholy and winding so if you get carsick definitely come prepared. »

« 29/22 i stay with my family for three nights and 4 days the beds are not comfortable and the fan doesn't work the bathroom need cleaning, the worst part is the sandflyies we got bitten all over our bodies, the owners can do better with proper new nets and fan and maybe spray the place, after the first night we want to leave so bad. The island is not so bad its peaceful and claim but after the bites we could take it we were prepared with bug spray but it was not enough for the bugs. The island...

« I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. « We had a great time during our visit. Apart from walking the village there isn’t much to do. We still made the most of our time and made friends with many locals. We did feel a little uncomfortable at the end of our trip as the president was complaining that we had paid in advance and he expected us to pay for the hotel the day before we left. After we sorted everything he said with others and complained that we hadn’t spent enough during our trip. »
