« Really close to everything we wanted to do »

« The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. Great Experience!. »

« Host went above and beyond working with last minute changes to my booking due to son being hospitalized. The outside of the building doesn't compare to how nice the remodel is on the inside. The place was nice and clean. It had some extras to go shark tooth hunting and sit on the beach. Even tho I ended up leaving in a rush and left the kitchen a bit messy. They were still extremely nice and professional about things. I honestly can't recommend it enough. »

« Very nice and spacious house, stocked with all the necessities. The pool was a nice size and depth and kept 2 teenagers very entertained. Very close to the Manasota key beaches »

« Excellent stay and great family trip location! You're just a short walk to the beach access. All the beach supplies we needed were available to use. Will definitely book again when we are back in the area. Also thanks to Jim for all the great information and very prompt communication when needed. »
