« Broken shower broken air conditioner broken sealing fan got a phone call from reception around 22:10 night not 10:10 day time to come reception with passport visa and prove of address for 2nd time the reception boy was checking every page in the passport maybe for a £50 note when I asked him why he is checking the pages in the passport he told me for visa oci owners don’t need visa again he start with hotel policy I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE »

« Please do not trust the pictures you see on the site. the hotel looks nothing like this. Jamnagar is a remote town so it’s difficult to get around but this hotel is also unwilling to help too. The staff are very intimidating towards women and three members of staff banged on my friends room door and demanded she gave them money. She was so scared we had to leave. Food was poorly cooked and limited in options and the check in procedure took ages. My bed obviously hasn’t had new sheets put on...

« Comfortable and clean rooms , excellent service, excellent location and to top all this amazing food. We stayed for 3 days and had all our meals here daily . Didn’t feel like experimenting elsewhere because food couldn’t have been better than this Their cabs were reasonably priced. »

« Room received at the time of check in was not cleaned. During 3 days stay room cleaning was done only once ( bed sheet and towel) staff was giving excuses to provide service. »

« Staff friendly but very unprofessional, both security guards very helpful, hot water not working one of the days, breakfast not to standard, all Buffett style, cook no where to be seen, cleanliness is a problem. Bathrooms need a thorough clean. Rooms are not being maintained, so the property is becoming run down. Refurbishment required. »
