« Très bel hôtel avec piscine en plein centre de Kumily, à quelques km de la réserve de Periyar. Rien à dire sur la propreté, la nourriture est bonne et variée y/c pour le petit-déjeuner (Européen). Chambres très propres, tout confort avec terrasse. Personnel serviable et très discret. »

« Beautiful hotel with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of our tourist questions. They even helped arrange transportation for places in our itinerary. In all of our travels in India, this was the only hotel that had a contract laundry service with washer and dryer, so our clothes were promised to be washed, dried and ironed within a day »

« Water heated only 7-10, but even then we had a problems with hot water and pressure. Called many times to have hot water and needed to escalate to have someone to look at. Even then water was warm but really cold. Terrible condition of shower (tap, glass door and knob wasn’t working properly and there was mould). Limited food option mainly Indian. Pool area bor very inviting. »

« The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. »

« Lovely hotel with incredible views - make sure you get a jungle view room! Excellent service from the friendly staff and the bedrooms were beautiful. Some problems with noise from other guests outside the bedroom but otherwise a perfect stay »

« A very good place to stay with family, the pool is the most attractive spot. Staffs were very friendly, no bad things to say »

« Really nice place. Friendly staff! Kumily is great for exploring Periyar. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the entry point into Periyar national park. Clean and spacious room. No hot water in the shower head. However, there was a tap with hot water in knee-height and a plastic bucket. So it was possible to get a hot shower using that. »

« Worst parking possible, used to take me 20 mins to park my car. Facilities were not great while location was superb. Food options lack quantity and quality. »

« We only stayed here for 1 day but the range of food at breakfast was good, hotel and facilities were clean and the hotel staff were very accommodating. They even organised an earlier breakfast as we needed to check out early to travel the following day which was really appreciated. »
