« Le séjour était très agréable. La propreté est impressionnant. J’aime bien les vignobles, le terrain de golf et la nature autour de l’hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée mais il y a besoin d’un refreshment. Le personnel est vraiment amical et poli. Je vais retourner encore, c’est sure! »

« Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items.
I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were...

« The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached, and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

Très bien. 3 ou 4 places de stationnement en bas de l'hotel. Seul bémol : pas de bac de douche dans la salle de bain. »

« I would like to leave a review of my stay at the Sofia Hotel in Bansko. It’s a small, family‑run hotel located in the town centre. The rooms are excellent, clean, quiet, and the staff is attentive. All the breakfast ingredients are from local farmers. Fresh juices, homemade jam… It’s delicious! ))) I highly recommend this hotel. Svetlana Levina, Moscow »
