« Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, avec une douche très relaxante. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable. Le personnel est très accueillant et parle anglais. Le tout bien situé a deux stations de la gare sud de Nanjing. Le métro communique directement avec l'hôtel. Parfait ! »

« 駅から近く、駅出るとすぐにホテルが見えて、迷えずたどりつける。地下鉄も近く観光地は行くのも便利。スタッフも親切で、夜には無料でおかゆや雲呑が提供される。またウォーシュレットもついており、シャワーの水圧も強く、快適でした。 »

« Near Nanjing South Station, walkable, but not a pleasant or direct stroll. Inexpensive taxi ride. 11 RMB. Contradictory menus. On line, on page in room, and in the restaurant; also room service vs in restaurant. The food itself is excelleny, the ittegilat atrium splendid. »

« The hotel lobby was super tidy and clean, rooms are on above standard, another thing to mention is the special arrangement for my amendment of my journey, since because i have overbooked 1 night , the lady at the counter has sincerely arranged cancelation for the night and as well refunded to me. I felt she has carried an excellent of customer sevice and taking ownership to my trouble. A big thumbs up to her! »

« 1.The price of the hotel of Hotel.om was too high notrelative to the original price in China. 2.The Ramada Hotel did not correct Room only Standard Room 380 Juan. 3.Overnight could not sleep air conditioning off from the hotel staff 30 deg C in the room 4.The next morning I wanted my money back from the staff i was denied »

« The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. »

« Air conditioner in room is hot, could not lower the temperature. Room is hotter the corridor. Food label in breakfast is not indicate properly. Labelled as orange when it is not. Labelled as mango while it apple juice. Fried rice was at Fried Mee. Labels were there without any movement for 2 days. Not really complain but feedback for more improvement »

« It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. »

« Hotels.com annonçait qu'il était possible de contacter l'hôtel pour avoir une navette à l'arrivée à l'aéroport. mais comment contacter un hôtel en Chine ? Après avoir enfin pu avoir l'adresse mail de l'établissement , j'ai envoyé 2 mails restés sans réponse . Enormes difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel situé dans une cour intérieure , sans enseigne . A déconseiller . »
